Emily
Professionally Trained Chef / Nutritionist

Some of my favourite memories have always happened around a table.
Growing up and travelling with my family, food was at the centre of so many of those moments — long family dinners, sharing something delicious on the side of a street, discovering a new restaurant in a new city, or gathering with friends over a meal. Food has always been more than just something to eat for me; it’s been a way to connect, celebrate, and create memories, and it has become an integral part of who I am.
I’ve spent the last 10 years building my career around food. I studied Professional Cook 1 & 2 in culinary school and have had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from talented chefs throughout Vancouver. I’ve worked in professional kitchens, built my own meal prep company, and most recently, I spent the past two years working as a private chef for a family.
My culinary background is complemented by certifications in Nutrition and Personal Training, giving me a broader understanding of food not only as something to enjoy, but also as fuel for the body. I love bringing those perspectives together to create food that is thoughtful, delicious, and made to fit the people and occasions I’m cooking for.
Whether I’m preparing a dinner for a small gathering, creating a custom cake, or helping make everyday meals a little easier, my goal is simple: to make food that brings people together and gives them something worth remembering.
