Do you deliver outside of Vancouver?

Currently we are only delivering within Vancouver for a charge of $20. If you live outside the city and would like to order meal prep or custom baking, we offer pick up in Vancouver near Cambie Village.

What Days Do You Deliver?

You will have a regular day for service each week and we will give you a 2 hour delivery window between 3 -6 pm for when you can expect your delivery. Your driver will send you an ETA once they are en route. If you need to get food on the table by a specific time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

What if I want more expensive cuts of meat or speciality ingredients added to my meals?

We are always happy to accommodate and can include any items you would. An extra grocery charge will be added weekly bill based on the ingredients and their prices. on the go.

Question 4

What is the food packaged in?

Accepted Answer

All of your food is stored and labelled in reusable glass and/or compostable containers. A $50 fee will be added to your first delivery to cover the cost of containers and will be refunded when you no longer are ordering meals. If you would prefer compostable containers, please let us know.

Question 5

What if Im away and do not need service for a week?

Accepted Answer

Any interruption to your service requires 48 hours notice or you will be charged for the groceries costs for the week.

Do you offer in house meal prep?

Yes! In house meal prep is available in Vancouver. Fill out our contact form on our Meal Prep page and we can hop on a call to figure out specifics.
